Data Controller. The term “Data Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of Processing of Personal Data. For purposes of this DPA, Data Controller is Customer and, where applicable, its Affiliates either permitted by Customer to submit Personal Data to the Subscription Service or whose Personal Data is Processed in the Subscription Service.
