Common use of Cybersecurity Training Required Clause in Contracts

Cybersecurity Training Required. If PSP has “access,” as that term is defined in Title 1, Part 10, Section 202.1 of the Texas Administrative Code, to any state computer system or database, then, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2054.5192, PSP and its subcontractors, officers, and employees shall complete a cybersecurity training program certified under Texas Government Code Section2054.519. The cybersecurity training program must be completed by the PSP and its subcontractors, officers and employees during the term and any renewal period of the Agreement. PSP shall verify completion of the training program to TFC pursuant to, and in accordance with, Texas Government Code Section 2054.5192.
