CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. 4.1 The Customer warrants that any goods removed or stored under the contract are owned by the Customer, or that the Customer has full right, power and authority to allow such removal or storage. The Customer shall indemnify the Contractor against any claim arising or expense incurred as a result of any breach of this warranty.
