Common use of Customer Warranty Clause in Contracts

Customer Warranty. Customers making purchases through the Quivers Site will receive the purchased Products subject to the Merchant and/or manufacturer’s standard warranty. Quivers does not provide any additional warranty of any kind for Products, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
