Customer Support Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Section 5.1 above, Customer will be responsible for supporting the Platform Application and shall provide such support direct to Platform Application Users. Box will not provide Support Services to Platform Application Users and is not responsible for any Downtime, Issues or other performance issues to the extent attributable to a Platform Application.
