Customer Service Center. ‌ The Concessionaire will maintain a Customer Service Center (Service Center) with representatives who will be available Monday through Friday, except on Holidays, during normal business hours to provide assistance to customers of the system for billing or service issues. The Service Center can serve both water and wastewater customers. The Concessionaire will dedicate office space for use as a Service Center. The Service Center will be located in an area easily accessible to customers.
