Customer Service Center. The Concessionaire will maintain a Customer Service Center (Service Center) with representatives who will be available Monday through Friday, except on Holidays, during normal business hours to provide assistance to customers of the system for billing or service issues. The Service Center can serve both water and wastewater customers. The Concessionaire will dedicate office space for use as a Service Center. The Service Center will be located in an area easily accessible to customers. The Service Center will be equipped with telephones capable of accommodating a minimum of three (3) separate simultaneous calls. A separate and distinct customer service telephone number will be established. In addition to the Service Center, the Concessionaire will establish a Call Center that will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays, where customers can report emergencies, or complaints.
