Customer Restrictions. (a) During Executive's employment with the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive will not provide, sell, market, attempt to provide, sell or market, or assist any person or entity in the sale or provision of, any Competing Products/Services to any of the Company’s Customers with respect to whom, at any time during the twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive had any sales or service contact on behalf of the Company, Executive had any business contact on behalf of the Company, Executive had any sales or service responsibility (including without limitation any supervisory or managerial responsibility) on behalf of the Company, Executive had any role in creating, developing or producing products on behalf of the Company, or Executive had access to, or gained knowledge of, any Confidential Information concerning the Company’s business with such customer, or otherwise solicit or communicate with any such customers for the purposes of selling or providing any Competing Products/Services.
