All customer records, including principal contacts, address and telephone number, purchasing history, payment information and any other information with respect to the customers of the Business, sales data, catalogs, brochures, suppliers' names, mailing lists, art work, photographs and advertising material relating primarily to the Business, whether in electronic form or otherwise;
