Customer Prerogatives. Because the system is owned by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, the employer shall not be subject to the grievance - arbitration procedure if designated representatives of the Port Authority of NY/NJ operate, maneuver, or direct work on the system. This provision does not prohibit employees from grieving discharge from the Company.
