Customer Maintenance. Customer shall keep the Equipment in good working condition and perform at its expense routine, but not scheduled, maintenance and cleaning of the Equipment including routine inspections and maintenance of fuel and oil levels, lubricants, lubrications, leaks, cooling system, water, batteries, filters, cutting edges, belts, hoses and cleaning. Customer has the authority to and hereby grants BigRentz or its designee the right, at all times, to enter the physical location of the Equipment to inspect the Equipment and BigRentz or its designee reserves the privilege of removing the Equipment immediately if it is being overloaded or taxed beyond its capacity or in any manner misused, abused, neglected or jeopardized under circumstances specified in Paragraph 21.

During the first ninety (90) days of the Customer Maintenance Period, INNUITY will incur all costs associated with the Customer Maintenance Services; provided, however, that during the Customer Maintenance Period and thereafter (to the extent INNUITY continues to provide the Customer Maintenance Services upon the agreement of the parties hereto), WEB.COM w▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ each of the following (collectively, “Customer Maintenance Service Expenses”): (a) $1,500 per day to INNUITY, provided, however, that this $1,500 per day fee will not be incurred until the ninety-first (91st) day of the Customer Maintenance Period, (b) all expenses payable to Google, Inc. or its affiliates for End-Users receiving “pay-per-click” services, and (c) all expenses related to domain costs associated with the websites of End-Users. The Customer Maintenance Service Expenses payable to INNUITY under Section 10(a) will be paid by WEB.COM o▇ ▇ ▇▇▇thly basis, payable within fifteen (15) days of the last day of each such month. The Customer Maintenance Service Expenses payable under Sections 10(b) or (c) will either be payable directly to such vendors by WEB.COM i▇ ▇▇▇▇▇dance with such vendor’s payment requirements, or, if such Customer Maintenance Service Expenses are paid directly by INNUITY, INNUITY will remit to WEB.COM t▇▇ ▇▇▇▇nt of such expenses on a monthly basis (including copies of invoices or similar documentation) and WEB.COM w▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ such Customer Maintenance Service Expense directly to INNUITY within fifteen (15) days of receipt thereof. Customer Maintenance. Customer, at Customer’s expense, shall maintain and keep in good and safe condition in accordance with the requirements of Integra and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules and ordinances the service line, all other piping, all plumbing fixtures and fittings and all appliances at the Premises (not including meters maintained by Integra) in good and safe operating condition, first notifying Integra prior to having repairs made to the service line, and will report immediately to Integra any leaks discovered.
Customer Maintenance. Talyst’s provision of support services under this Exhibit D is subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 3.1 Customer will maintain the Equipment in accordance with the written maintenance instructions provided to Customer by Talyst from time to time, in order to keep the Equipment in good working condition (normal wear and tear excepted). Customer will use the Equipment and Software in compliance with the written guidelines of Talyst and/or its suppliers, as may be provided to Customer from time to time hereunder. 3.2 Customer will appoint at least two and a maximum of four (4) individuals per Installation Site who have been certified by Talyst, as provided in Section 3.10, in the operation of the Equipment and Software to serve as primary contacts between Customer and Talyst regarding any interaction they may have in connection with any service call (“Customer Representatives”); Customer may certify additional personnel on a space‐available basis. Customer may change one or more Customer Representatives by submitting such request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing after such additional Customer Representative(s) have been certified by Talyst. Customer must have a Customer Representative available for all pharmacy shifts. Talyst reserves the right to charge Customer, at the rates stated in Exhibit B, for support calls not made by Customer Representatives that are caused by errors made by Customer’s personnel. For example only, if a call is not made by a Customer Representative and the problem turns out to be caused by improper installation of a printer ribbon, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may charge for that call. 3.3 Customer will provide Talyst and its subcontractors with all assistance reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for purposes of providing support, including without limitation, adequate access to the applicable Installation Site, Equipment and Software during or after Customer’s business hours, as the case may be, and the ability to have high speed remote access to the all of the equipment on which the Software is operating at all times. On‐site visits required because of Customer’s lack of high speed remote access will be charged to Customer at the rates stated in Section 4 of Exhibit B. 3.4 Customer will document and promptly report to Talyst all detected errors or malfunctions of the Equipment or Software with sufficient detail to enable Talyst to reproduce or recreate the nonconformance. Customer Maintenance. During the Term, Customer will maintain the area surrounding the Charging Equipment and generally inspect the Charging Equipment and area surrounding the Charging Equipment and will promptly notify Duke Energy of any problems related to the Charging Equipment of which Customer becomes aware. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer is not responsible for the ongoing scheduled maintenance of the Charging Equipment.
Customer Maintenance. Customer, at its own cost and expense, shall protect, maintain and keep in good order the Customer Space and all equipment in the Customer Space. Customer shall ensure that neither Customer nor its agents, contractors or invitees damage any part of the Site, Customer Space, nor any equipment located in or about the Site. Customer shall not allow any debris or supplies to be left in or about the Site. Customer shall not maintain or permit any nuisances or violations of laws or of governmental or underlying rights provider rules, regulations or ordinances with respect to the Site. Customer shall ensure that its employees, agents and invitees shall not permit or allow any explosive, flammable or combustible material or any hazardous or toxic materials, as defined under provincial, federal or local laws or regulations, to be located in or about the Site without Provider’s prior written consent, and then only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
