Interface changes Sample Clauses

Interface changes. Customer must provide Talyst at least 30 business days written notice of any changes to the Customer side of any interfaces or of any changes to Customer's computing systems or software that may cause such changes ("Customer Change"). Any work ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must perform to support any Customer Change is not included in Support; if Talyst elects to perform such work, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will charge Customer at its then current rates. Customer Change(s) that occur less than 45 business days prior to the Installation Date will also incur additional charges at the rates stated in Exhibit B, and may delay the Installation Date.
