Common use of Customer Initiation Clause in Contracts

Customer Initiation. At any time, Customer may initiate an increase or reduction in the Contract Quantity effective the following Water Year beginning October 1 and the remainder of any Original or Extended Term, by providing written notice to District of such determination, and, in the case of an increase, subject to CEQA compliance and District written confirmation of the availability of the additional water requested.
