Customer Billing. Distributor shall bill ▇▇▇ customers directly. Distributor shall be solely responsible for any losses arising from the failure of any customer to pay the customer's account. Kofax shall have no liability to Distributor for any bad debt arising from the sale by Distributor of Products. Failure of Distributor to collect shall in no way alter Distributor's payment obligations to Kofax.
