Current Practice. This Agreement supersedes all existing and previous agreements, rules, regulations, and customs heretofore established which are in conflict with this Agreement, and such agreements, rules, regulations and customs are hereby abolished, except in those cases where the Township and FOP have mutually agreed to continue said agreements, rules, regulations or customs.
