Cue Sheets. Purchaser agrees to submit cue sheets in connection with its distribution of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Productions after Closing to the extent required under the synchronization and master use license agreements provided to Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.7(h).

Exhibition of a Project by broadcasters/ exhibitors not licensed by a PRO is subject to clearance of the performing rights either from Subscriber directly or from any other licensing agent acting for or on behalf of Subscriber and in return for payment of additional performance rights fees therefore. Clearance by performing rights societies outside of North America shall be in accordance with their customary practices and the payment of their customary fees.

Cue Sheets. You need to keep a music cue sheet for your program and provide the information to PBS Music Copyright when your show is picked up for national distribution. Your cue sheet must list all music that you are using, whether specially composed, production library music, popular music licensed by your company or using the compulsory license, Fair Use, or public domain. You must cite your license source for each cue listed.
Cue Sheets. To the extent required and available, Licensor will timely supply Licensee with available music cue sheets for each Program.
