Cue Sheets. To the extent required and available, Licensor will supply Distributor promptly after Delivery with available music cue sheets listing the composer, lyricist and publisher of all music embodied in the Picture. Distributor will as necessary promptly file with the appropriate governmental agency or music rights society in the Territory the music cue sheets supplied by Licensor without change.
