Common use of CROWN LEASE Clause in Contracts

CROWN LEASE. Upon the Company completing all works necessary to implement the Project, or at such earlier time or times as the Minister following advice from the Board considers appropriate, the State shall grant or cause to be granted to the Company a lease of those areas of land shown marked A, B, C, D, E, F, and G and bordered in green on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1745, or a separate lease for each of those areas, as then surveyed in accordance with approved proposals, under section 117 of the Land Act and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement subject to the Land Act but in the form set out in Schedule 4, with such variations as circumstances may render necessary in any particular case and as are agreed to by the parties.
