Head Lease. 7.1. To comply with all the obligations imposed upon the Landlord by a Superior Landlord if the Premises are held under a Superior Lease.

Head Lease. Where applicable and save where the same are the responsibility of the Tenant by virtue of this Agreement the Landlord will observe perform and carry out at his own cost such repairs and decorations as may be required by virtue of the provisions of the Head Lease under which the Landlord holds the Property.
Head Lease. 4.12.1 Should the Property be Leasehold then the Landlord should provide a copy of the Superior Lease to the Tenant in order for them to comply with all obligations as set out in this document.

If any of these Terms are broken, the Tenant may be entitled to claim damages from the Landlord, or ask a court to make the Landlord keep these promises.
