Common use of CROSS-CUTTING FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

CROSS-CUTTING FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. Beneficiary shall comply and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to comply with all of the cross-cutting federal requirements listed in this Article XI. Beneficiary shall cause all of the provisions in this Article to be included in and made a part of any subcontract or purchase order, specifically or by reference, so that such provisions will also be binding upon each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors.
