Common use of Critical Applications Clause in Contracts

Critical Applications. You will not use the Licensed Software in any application where the use or failure of the Software could cause a life-threatening event or result in catastrophic damages, including (but not limited to) medical, nuclear, aviation, navigation, or military applications, and You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NVIDIA harmless against any loss, liability, cost or damage of any kind that NVIDIA incurs as a result of a breach of the foregoing covenant.
