Common use of CRISP Responsibilities as to the Direct Service Clause in Contracts

CRISP Responsibilities as to the Direct Service. x. XXXXX will provide Participant with access to the Direct Service through the Direct Website. CRISP may establish additional Terms of Use, in addition to those of the Direct Technology Provider, that are consistent with the Direct Technology Provider Agreement from time-to-time by posting on the Direct Website. Any such Terms of Use will be deemed incorporated into this Agreement by reference as of the date of posting.
