Common use of Crew Chief Clause in Contracts

Crew Chief. In consultation between the Head ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the management of the Corporation, a crew position may be designated as a Crew Chief on a call of three (3) or more crew in addition to house crew. The Crew Chief, whose authority does not supersede that of the Head ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, can be assigned coordination, communication and supervisory authority and responsibility over the crew. A Crew Chief shall receive an incremental increase of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour the highest paid crew member under the supervision of the crew chief.
