Credit Support Obligations. Schedule 9.9 sets forth (a) a complete and accurate list of all Credit Support provided by the Company, or by Seller on behalf of the Company, as of the Execution Date, in support of the obligations of the Company to any Governmental Authority, contract counterparty, or other Person related to the ownership or operation of the Oil & Gas Assets and (b) any other sinking funds, reserves, escrows, cash deposits, financial instruments, surety agreements and similar agreements, guarantees and other items of credit support that the Company is liable for or that are binding on any of the Oil & Gas Assets, including, in each case of clause (a) and (b), the type and amount of such credit support and the date such credit support was provided.
