Credit Reports; Credit Score. No more often than once in any twelve (12) month period, Lender is authorized to obtain a credit report (if applicable) on Borrower or any Guarantor or any Key Principal, the cost of which report shall be paid by Borrower, Guarantor, and Key Principal. Lender is authorized to obtain a Credit Score (if applicable) for Borrower, any Guarantor or any Key Principal at any time at Lender’s expense.
