Common use of Credit Arrangements Clause in Contracts

We may also let those organisations know if you have not paid our Charges. At any time those organisations may pass on to us information about you that they hold. We will use that information to make decisions about providing or continuing to provide you with Services. Those organisations may keep any information about you that we have passed on to them and use it for the purposes of their businesses, which may include supplying it to other entities that use their services. We may suspend or stop providing Services to you if we receive an unsatisfactory credit check about you.
