Common use of CPR Training Clause in Contracts

CPR Training. The Employer shall designate the staff who will be required to have CPR certification based on the needs of the site. If the Employer requires an employee to have CPR certification, the Employer will provide CPR training during paid hours at no cost to the employee. The Employer shall decide when, where and by whom the training will be provided.
