CPR Training. The Employer will make available to a sufficient number of Employees the opportunity to attend a properly-accredited cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course. Time spent attending this course will be considered as time worked, and the Employer will assume all costs, if any, of this course.
CPR Training. The Plant Security Guards and the Occupational Health Nurse are trained in CPR. Additionally, CPR courses will be made available on a periodic basis for all interested employees.
CPR Training. During the course of the 1999 negotiations, the Company has agreed to the following for CPR training. The Company will pay for the CPR course and materials required for the course. The Company will not pay for the time spent by the employees attending the course. The Company will further maintain the right to refuse the CPR training when this training would impede on production requirements.
CPR Training. Unit members required as a condition of their employment or when an employee is requested by the District to obtain CPR certification who participate in CPR training outside the unit member's regular work day shall be compensated based on their applicable hourly rate. Revised: 7/1/09
CPR Training. The Board will provide first aid and CPR certification and recertification for those employees in positions which require such certification.
CPR Training. First Aid and CPR training will be provided at no cost to the employees if the training is required by the employee’s job description. If the training is taken during non-work time the employee will be compensated at their hourly rate. In addition the following positions will require CPR and First Aid: Special Education Aide, Preschool Teacher, Preschool Aide, Cafeteria Manager, Behavior Technician Aide, Head Custodian with Maintenance and Supervisory
CPR Training. CPR training will be provided twice a year for Registered staff in order to assist them in maintaining their professional licencing requirements. It is agreed that the provision of CPR training is not an Employer requested course within the meaning of Article 31.1.
CPR Training. The District shall pay for costs associated with acquiring a CPR certificate for all bargaining unit members required to possess a CPR certificate as a condition of employment.
CPR Training. The Employer shall provide, on an annual basis, certified training in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to all employees of the City. Such training shall be as approved and certified by the American Red Cross.
CPR Training. Bus drivers are encouraged to take the CPR training offered by the Board at no cost to the employees.
