Coverage Part A. Death 2.1.1) The Company will pay the Sum Insured in the event of Accidental Bodily Injury causing the Insured’s death within 12 months of the Accidental Bodily Injury being sustained, where after this Policy shall expire.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage The Employer agrees to provide and pay for the following term life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for all employees eligible for an Employer Contribution, as described in Section 3. Any premium paid by the State in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) coverage is subject to a tax liability in accord with Internal Revenue Service regulations. An employee may decline coverage in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) by filing a waiver in accord with Minnesota Management & Budget procedures.   • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Retiree Life Insurance Employees who retire under the Monroe County Employees' Retirement System shall be eligible for $4,000.00 term life insurance. All employees hired by the Employer on or after October 1, 2007 shall not be eligible for Retiree Life Insurance.
