Coverage Extension we pay up to $15 per day, to a maximum of $450, for transportation expenses you incur because of the total theft loss of a covered automobile. The covered automobile must be of the private passenger type and it must be insured for comprehensive coverage. We pay transportation expenses that you incur beginning 48 hours after the theft and ending when the covered automobile is returned to use or we pay for its loss. Additional Exclusions-these exclusions apply to the physical damage coverage options stated above.

Coverage Extension. If the insured wishes to appeal a judgement in a criminal proceeding, a detailed and reasoned opinion from a lawyer must be submitted to the insurer, according to which in the opinion of the lawyer there is a reasonable chance of the appeal succeeding. The insurer, at its sole discretion, will extend the cover in accordance with this section and the limits of liability above will also include “fees” and “defence expenses” in the appeal. It is hereby noted and agreed that prior written approval from the insurer to lodge an appeal as aforementioned will be a precondition to the liability of the insurer in accordance with this extension. Coverage Extension. Automatic Extension of Coverage Upon notifying MSH Assistance, your coverage will extend automatically for those reasons which are beyond your control.
Coverage Extension. DOAS automatically extends coverage to any new “state owned” building, structure or personal property you acquire during the fiscal year if the total value of the new state-owned building and personal property contained therein is less than $100,000,000. However, newly acquired “state owned” buildings, structures and personal property values totaling in excess of $100,000,000 MUST be reported to DOAS immediately upon acquisition to effect coverage by the State’s commercial excess property insurance companies.

Sustenance must be provided to the photographer for shoots continuing after the wedding breakfast (a sandwich and soft drink is all that is required).
