Coverage C – Personal Property. 1. We insure the contents of your unit and other personal property you own, wear or use while on your premises which is usual to the ownership or maintenance of your unit. If you are not the owner of the unit, we also insure unit improvements and betterments made by you or acquired at your expense but only in the portion that you occupy as a private residence. If you wish, we will include uninsured personal property of others while it is on that portion of your premises which you occupy but we do not insure property of roomers or boarders who are not related to you.
