Common use of Course Work Clause in Contracts

Course Work. The Board will reimburse employees who satisfactorily complete a course with a grade of “B” or better or “Pass” in the case of a Pass/Fail only course provided the course has been approved in advance. In no case, however, shall an employee be reimbursed more than the actual tuition cost per credit hour. The maximum annual reimbursement will be $4,000.
