COUPLED WITH AN INTEREST. That power of attorney is a special power of attorney coupled with an interest, is irrevocable, shall survive the death or insanity (or, in the case of a Limited Partner that is a corporation, association, partnership, joint venture or trust, shall survive the merger, dissolution or other termination of the existence) of such Limited Partner; and is limited to those matters herein set forth. 13.2.2
