Minimum Fixed Charge Ratio. As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the Fixed Charge Ratio for the Parent, on a consolidated basis, for the fiscal quarter then ended, annualized, to be less than or equal to 1.5 to 1.0;
Minimum Fixed Charge Ratio. The ratio of the Parent’s Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to (ii) Consolidated Fixed Charges, for the fiscal quarter then ended, to be equal to or less than 1.50 to 1.0.

Minimum Fixed Charge Ratio. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (x) Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the period ending September 30, 2010 shall be the Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the three (3) month period then ended times four (4), (y) Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the period ending December 31, 2010 shall be the Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the six (6) month period then ended times two (2), and (z) Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the period ending March, 2011 shall be the Consolidated EBITDA and Consolidated Fixed Charges for the nine (9) month period then ended times 1.33.
Minimum Fixed Charge Ratio. Subsection 7.6A of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and substituting the following therefor:
