County-Specific Responsibilities. The County acts as the OA Lead Agency. The OA Lead Agency has the following responsibilities to the OA in addition to those responsibilities specified under Section 3.1 of this Agreement: The County will serve as the 24-hour contact point for the OA and act as lead in activating the OA EOC, hereinafter referred to as OA EOC.
