Country of Origin Certification. Upon HP's request, Foundry will provide ------------------------------- HP with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for OEM Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Rosetta's request, Agilent will provide Rosetta with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for any products provided to Rosetta hereunder, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Thermage’s request, Stellartech will provide Thermage with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin of the Products and any component or subassembly thereof sufficient to satisfy the requirements of any applicable export licensing regulation and the customs authorities of the country to which Thermage intends to ship the Products.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon GEMS-IT’s request, Supplier will provide GEMS-IT with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for OEM Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States. In addition, Supplier will provide NAFTA certification (if Supplier determines the OEM Products qualify).
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Philips' request, Supplier will provide Philips with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for OEM Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Agilent’s request, Supplier will provide Agilent with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for OEM Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Bimini’s request, Cytori shall provide Bimini with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for Celution and Puregraft Product(s), sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States. After the transfer of manufacturing of the Puregraft Products to Bimini, it shall provide the same information to Cytori upon request.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon Larscom's request, Oasys shall provide Larscom with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of: (a) the customs authorities of the country of receipt and (b) any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States.
Country of Origin Certification. Upon PSS’s request, TIGER SS shall cause Supplier to provide an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of (i) the customs authorities of the country of ultimate destination; (ii) any applicable export licensing regulations, if any, including those of the United States; and (iii) requirements for duty drawback, if any.

Upon CLIENT’s request, D&K shall provide CLIENT with an appropriate certification stating the country of origin for CLIENT Products, sufficient to satisfy the requirements of the customs authorities of the country of receipt and any applicable export licensing regulations, including those of the United States.
