Country Appendix. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, this Restricted Stock Unit grant and any Shares issued pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the applicable terms and provisions as set forth in the Country Appendix attached hereto and incorporated herein, if any, for the Grantee’s country of residence (and country of employment or engagement as a Consultant, if different).
