Common use of Country Appendix Clause in Contracts

Country Appendix. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, this Bonus shall be subject to the applicable terms and provisions as set forth in the Country Appendix attached hereto and incorporated herein, if any, for the Grantee’s country of residence (and country of employment or engagement as a Consultant, if different).
