Common use of Country Appendix Clause in Contracts

Country Appendix. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the SAR grant and any Shares issued pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the applicable terms and provisions as set forth in the Country Appendix incorporated herein, if any, for the Grantee’s country of residence (and country of employment or engagement as a Consultant, if different).
