Country Appendix. The Restricted Stock Units are subject to any special terms and conditions for Participant’s country set forth in the Country Appendix, if any, to this Award Agreement. If Participant relocates to a country included in the Appendix, the special terms and conditions for that country will apply to Participant to the extent the Company determines that applying such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons.
