Counterparts; Faxed Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall, when executed, be deemed to be an original, and all of which when taken together shall constitute but one agreement. Each party may rely upon a faxed counterpart of this Agreement executed and delivered by the other party as if such counterpart were an original counterpart.
