Counterparts; Delivery by Facsimile. (a) This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement, and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by you and the Company and delivered to the other, it being understood that you and the Company need not sign the same counterpart. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature and a facsimile signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
