Counterparts and Execution by Electronic Means. This Agreement may be executed by the parties in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, and all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument and a signed counterpart delivered by facsimile or other electronic means shall be considered as valid as an original counterpart.

Counterparts and Execution by Electronic Means. 19.1 This Agreement may be executed by the parties in separate in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same document. Each party shall be entitled to rely on delivery of an electronic or facsimile copy of this Agreement, and acceptance by either Party of an electronic or facsimile copy of this Agreement shall create a legal, valid and binding agreement between the Vendor and Bearing in accordance with the terms hereof.
