Facsimile Copy. A facsimile copy of this Agreement and any signatures affixed hereto shall be considered for all purposes as originals.
Facsimile Copy. This Agreement may be executed in facsimile copy with the same binding effect as an original.
Facsimile Copy. All duly executed copies of this agreement sent by facsimile are fully binding under any and all applicable laws.
Facsimile Copy. Both parties agree that upon receipt of signatures via facsimile this Agreement can be deemed as an original and is binding.
Facsimile Copy. Any party may rely upon receipt of a signed facsimile or copy of this Amendment, signed by that party as though the same were an original.
