Counterparts 20.4 Stejnopisy. The Parties hereby agree that this Agreement shall be executed in three counterparts each for one Party. All such counterparts shall constitute one agreement, binding upon each Party. Smluvní strany tímto souhlasí, že tato smlouva bude vyhotovena ve třech stejnopisech, pro každou stranu jeden. Každý takový stejnopis bude tvořit jednu smlouvu závaznou pro všechny strany.

Counterparts 20.4 Stejnopisy. The Parties hereby agree that this Agreement will be executed in 3 (three) counterparts and all such counterparts shall constitute one agreement, binding upon each Party. Each Party and the Investigator receives one counterpart. The Agreement may be executed in counterparts and via electronic signature, which shall have the same effect as a wet signature in a physical counterpart, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all of such counterparts or electronically signed documents shall together constitute one and the same Agreement. Smluvní strany tímto souhlasí, že tato Smlouva bude vyhotovena ve 3 (třech) stejnopisech a každý takový stejnopis bude tvořit jednu Smlouvu závaznou pro každou Smluvní stranu. Po jednom stejnopisu obdrží každá Smluvní strana a Zkoušející. Smlouva může být uzavřena ve stejnopisech a prostřednictvím elektronického podpisu, který má stejný účinek jako manuální podpis ve fyzickém vyhotovení, přičemž každý z nich je považován za originál, a všechna tato vyhotovení nebo elektronicky podepsané dokumenty společně tvoří jednu a tutéž smlouvu.
