The parties recognize that a university may from time-to-time deem it necessary to adjust the base salary of a current probationary or tenured faculty member who has provided proof that the faculty member has been offered prospective employment at another accredited four-year college or university, not part of the Minnesota State system at a higher salary.

Counter-Offers.
