Costs of Title Company and Closing Costs. Purchaser will pay (i) all premiums and other costs for the Title Policy in excess of the premium for a standard owners policy, including, but not limited to, any endorsements and any mortgagee policy of title insurance, (ii) one-half of the Title Company’s closing and escrow fees, (iii) the costs associated with any updates to the Survey commissioned by Purchaser, and (iv) the recording fees required in connection with the transfer of the Property to Purchaser. Seller will pay (i) the premium for the Title Policy to the extent of the premium for a standard coverage policy, (ii) one-half of the Title Company’s closing and escrow fees, and (iii) the real estate excise tax and the sales/use tax, if any, due with respect to the Personal Property.

  • Seller’s Closing Costs Seller shall pay the following costs in connection with the consummation of the Closing: (i) all of the charges and transfer taxes for recording the deeds; (ii) all commissions owed to any broker in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement between Seller and such broker; and (iii) all other charges incurred by the Seller in connection with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the fees and expenses for the Seller’s attorneys and other consultants).

  • Closing Costs and Prorations All recording fees, escrow fees, and other closing costs (except documentary transfer taxes as provided in Section 3.5(c) above) shall be allocated according to custom and practice based on the location of the Property.
