Costs of Multiple Inspections. More than two (2) requests of the District to make a final inspection shall be considered an additional service of District, Architect, Construction Manager, and/or Project Inspector, and all subsequent costs will be invoiced to Developer and if funds are available, withheld from remaining payments.
