Costs Associated with Arbitration. Each party shall bear one-half of the fee of the arbitrator. All other expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, deposition costs, witness fees, and any and every other cost related to the presentation of the party’s case in this or any other forum, shall be borne by the party incurring them, and neither party shall be responsible for the expenses of witnesses called by the other party.
