Cost Recovery. Where employees work overtime and/or are called out to deal with emergency situations where the Employer is able to recover the overtime and callout costs from a third party (e.g., Provincial Emergency Program, ICBC, film production companies for extensions to filming or unscheduled filming), the employees shall be paid for such overtime and callouts and shall not be permitted to receive compensating time off in lieu of being paid for the overtime or callout.
