The Interconnection Facility Study for that Class Year is not complete as of the Effective Date. However, a draft cost estimate has been developed totaling $81,202,291 for the Connecting Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities, Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, and Other System Upgrade Facilities identified in Sections 1.b, 2.a, and 2.b of this Appendix A, as input to the Class Year 2010 Interconnection Facilities Study:
